12:27 a.m. Group removed from Rosa’s Salon, 43 Hollis Street.

12:28 a.m. Framingham Police responded to a medical call at Tedeschi’s, 430 Waverley Street. Framingham Fire transported one.

12:43 a.m. Motor vehicle investigation at 214 Howard Street.

1:06 a.m. Suspicious noise reported at 3 Claflin Street, 3R. Check OK.

1:33 a.m. Framingham Police arrested Octavia Andrade, 35, 154 Irving Street Apartment 2 of Framingham, at MetroWest Medical Center, 115 Lincoln Street. Charged with statutory rape of a child, misleading a police officer, witness intimidation, and reckless endangerment of a child.

1:41 a.m. Suspicious noise reported at Learned’s Beach, 38 Shawmut Terrace. One individual removed.

2:47 a.m. Group removed from Tedeschi’s, 430 Waverley Street.

2:52 a.m. Framingham Police arrested Terrell Gamble, 21, homeless, at Tedeschi’s, 430 Waverley Street, for a warrant.

3:18 a.m. Suspicious motor vehicle reported at Mellen Street/Waverley Street. Check OK.

6:07 a.m. Reported animal complaint at Loring Arena, 157 Fountain Street. Framingham Police advised.

6:57 a.m. Reported hazard at 3 Gina Circle. Utility notified.

7:09 a.m. 2-car crash at the Framingham Train Station, 495 Waverley Street. No injuries reported.

8:47 a.m. Civil matter at 27 Coburn Street, Apartment A. One individual removed.

9:00 a.m. Framingham Police arrested Luis A. Borges, 33, 56B Beaver Park Road of Framingham, at 56B Beaver Park Road for outside warrants.

2:35 p.m. Framingham Police arrested Roni Hernandez-Ruiz, 19, 154 Fountain Street of Ashland, at 6 Hayes Street. He was charged with driving a motor vehicle without a license, driving without a registration, attaching the wrong license plates to a car, and receiving stolen property under $250.

4:36 p.m. Framingham Police arrested Frankie Caquias, 44, 6A Third Street of Framingham, at Creative Carpet, 340 Waverley Street. He  was charged with A drug possession.

Shauna Golden

Since she was little, Shauna knew that she wanted a career in a field that would allow her to practice her love of writing on a daily basis. While attending Framingham High School, Shauna took several journalism and television production classes. It was during her experience in those classes that Shauna recognized her dream of becoming a journalist one day. She graduated from Framingham High School in May 2014. Now, at 21-years-old, Shauna is a rising senior at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn. She is studying journalism with a minor in French language. Shauna hopes to use her passion for writing to better the world one day. She has a drive for delivering news and using all forms of journalism (print, digital, and broadcast) to deliver those stories. Shauna is expected to graduate from Quinnipiac University in December 2017. After graduation, she looks forward to entering the communications field and continuing to learn and grow both as a journalist, and as a person.
