FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested Thursday a Framingham man and a woman and charged them with rape, among other charges.
On August 3, just after 4:30 p.m. Framingham Police arrested on Route 135 Joshua Corbett, 26, of 3 Merchant Road in Framingham.
He was charged with rape of a child by force (subsequent offense), aggravated rape of a child with force as part of a joint venture, aggravated rape of a child with a 10 year or more age difference, and intimidation of a witness.
Framingham Police also arrested Octavia Andrade, 35, 154 Irving Street Apartment 2. She was charged with two counts of aggravated rape of a child by force as part of a joint enterprise, two counts of aggravated rape of a child, two counts of intimidation of a witness and one count of reckless endangerment of a child. She was arrested at MetroWest Medical Center at 1:33 a.m.
Both were arraigned in Framingham District Court on Friday and held on $100,000 bail.
Details of the rape were not available by police or the district attorney’s office.
Corbett is a convicted rapist. In 2011, he was convicted of a rape of a girl, 11, in Ashland. The then 20-year-old Corbett served 18 months in prison for the conviction.
