Framingham Commuter Rail Passengers To Be Bussed This Weekend

FRAMINGHAM – Passengers on the MBTA’s Framingham/Worcester Commuter rail trains will be bused this weekend, due to the Commonwealth Avenue bridge project.

Weekend service for Framingham/Worcester Line passengers will be suspended between South Station and Boston Landing on Aug 5 and 6.

Passengers will be diverted to buses from Reservoir Station on the Green Line D-branch to Boston Landing.

Shuttles will continue to replace portions of the B-branch Green Line Service while crews work on the Commonwealth Avenue Bridge. B-branch trolleys will be replaced by shuttles through Aug 13.

Special shuttles will also be in use from Boston Landing to Yawkey Station for the Red Sox games on Aug 6 and 7.
