Sebastian Altamirano, 94, Worked for Town of Framingham For 35 Years

Sebastian A. Altamirano, age 94, of Framingham, died July 18, 2017.

He was the husband of the late Leposawa (Luba) Altamirano.

Born in San Jose Costa Rica, he was the son of the late Jose and Juana (Fallas) Altamirano.

He worked for the town of Framingham for 35 years as a custodian and for the former Roxbury Carpet in Framingham for 15 years.

He was a member of the Fraternal Eagles of Framingham.

He is survived by his daughter Juanita Marsden and husband Edward of North Kingstown RI, his son Joseph Altamirano and his companion Jamie Tobin of Framingham, his granddaughter Santina Altamirano. He is also survived by his siblings, Victor Altamirano and wife Judith of Attleboro, and Eladio Altamirano and wife Flavia of Costa Rica and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.  He will be missed by all his friends that new him.

Visiting hours at the Norton Funeral Home, 53 Beech Street in Framingham will be Friday from 4 to 7 p.m.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Mass on Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Tarcisius Church, 562 Waverley Street, Framingham.

Burial will follow at St. Tarcisius Cemetery, Framingham.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241.
