Life-Long Framingham Resident Marcia Jane (Intinarelli) McCann, 75

FRAMINGHAM – Marcia Jane (Intinarelli) McCann, 75, a lifelong Framingham resident died peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, July 14, 2017, after a long battle with Multiple System Atrophy.

She was born in Natick to Louise H. Whitehouse and the late Rocco Intinarelli, and is the beloved wife of Matthew R. “Ray” McCann.

She graduated from Framingham High in 1960.

She enjoyed collecting antiques and was always in search of the next big find.

More than anything she loved spending time with family and friends. She brought her beautiful smile and shared her great sense of humor with all who knew her.

Besides her mother and husband, Marcia is survived by her daughters, Maureen McCann Whiting & her husband Bob of Holliston, and Meredith “Dee-Dee” McCann Marion & her husband Mathew of N. Kingstown, RI,  her grandchildren, Julia and Matthew Whiting, and Monica and Meadow Marion, and many cousins.

Family and friends will honor and remember her life by gathering for visiting hours in the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln St., Framingham on Tuesday, July 18 from 4 to 8 p.m.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday morning in St. George’s Church, 74 School St., Saxonville at 10 o’clock. Interment will follow in St. Zepherin’s Cemetery, Wayland.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in Marcia’s name to: BIDMC, Dr. VanderHorst Research Fund, Office of Development, 300 Brookline Ave., Boston, MA 02215.
