5 Things You Need To Know Today in Framingham: Monday, June 19

1 Today is the last day of classes for students at BLOCKS. It is also the last day of class for kindergarten students. Today is also the last day of finals for Framingham High students.

2. Tomorrow is the last day of school for the rest of Framingham Public School students. It is an early release. For additional information click here.

3. Expect hot, hazy, and humid weather today. Framingham trio of public beaches do not open until Thursday, June 22.

4.  The main Framingham Public Library is holding a free screening of the 1956 classic musical the King & I today at 2 p.m.

5. The Early Childhood Alliance in cooperation with the Framingham Public Library is hosting “Baby Talk” today at 2 p.m. at the main Framingham Library on Lexington Street. The hour-long program will help those soon-to-be parents and/or parents of infants 6 months and younger.  It is an opportunity to meet other new parents and discuss common child development topics. Complete an Ages & Stages Parent Questionnaire and understand more about your baby and yourself.  Fun activities for parents with children ages birth to 6 months.
