SLIDESHOW: Framingham Youth Football Delivers Autographed Gronk Shirt To Devin

FRAMINGHAM – Tonight, June 7, was the start of the Framingham Youth Football camp at the Maple Street Field on the campus of Framingham State University.

In between drills, the 80-plus players stopped to welcome a special guest – Devin Suau. He attended the camp with his brothers and mom Christine.

The players welcomed him and then coach Eric Hayes delivered an autographed- Rob Gronkowski Patriots jersey to Devin.

Gronk is his second favorite football player. Tom Brady is his first. Earlier this year, Devin and his family rode on the Duck Boat with Brady in the Super Bowl Championship parade in Boston.

Devin is battling DIPG, a disease at the moment, that has no cure.

He was slightly tired tonight, as he and his family just returned from London on Friday, where Devin underwent surgery.

The family started the hashtag #WhyNotDevin, to bring awareness to DIPG, and with the hopes that Devin would be the first to defeat the disease.
