Dog Stolen in Framingham Found in Boston; Reunited With Owner

BOSTON – On Saturday, Jasmine was sitting inside her owner’s vehicle on Morton Street, with the car running, when someone stole the Nissan.

The vehicle was found the next morning on Beaver Park Drive, but Jasmine was still missing.

On Monday night, someone spotted a dog, matching Jasmine’s description, in Mission Hill in Boston.

The individual delivered a white¬†Bichon Frise to the MSPCA’s Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, that resembled Jasmine.

Someone at the Medical Center’s shelter recognized the dog as possibly Jasmine and contacted the owner.

On Tuesday afternoon, the two were re-united.

Ironically, Tuesday was not only Valentine’s Day, when the dog and owner was reunited, but it was also National Pet Theft Awareness day.
