FRAMINGHAM – Impact Framingham is seeking community members with diverse professional and personal backgrounds to join its all-volunteer Board.
The Board of Impact Framingham is comprised of individuals from nonprofit, business, and public sectors. Board member responsibilities include reviewing grant submissions from organizations that serve the Framingham community and making determinations regarding grant awards. The Board meets approximately three times between February and May.
In 2016, Impact Framingham Board granted awards to the following community organizations:
Amazing Things Art Center, Autism Alliance of Metrowest, Boys and Girls Clubs of Metrowest, Danforth Art Museum/School, Framingham History Center, Framingham Parks and Rec, Framingham Police Department, Framingham State University, Hoops and Homework, HOPEworldwide Framingham Food Pantry, Jeff’s Place, Jewish Family Services of Metrowest, Knox Trail Council, John Andrew Mazie Foundation, Leadership MetroWest, Metrowest Mediation Services, Metrowest Visitors Bureau, Natick Visiting Nurses Association, Open Spirit, Resilency for Life, and Wayside Youth & Family Support Network.
